Terms & conditions of sale

All purchases are subject to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Payment forms welcomed

Our online shopping cart accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, and PayPal payments. You may also pay by direct bank transfer: our bank account details will be shown in the checkout if you choose this payment method.

Currency

All amounts are shown and billed in Australian dollars (AUD$ or A$). Show selected currency exchange rates.

Tax

A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% is added in the Checkout for Australia-based purchasers. Any tax due on purchases made outside of Australia is not included in the billed amount and is the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser as per our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Automatic rebates

As our way of saying 'thank you' for higher-volume business, there are a number of volume rebate rewards that are applied automatically to your order when you reach certain amounts. The rebate and its total value will appear as a line item in the cart when it is applied. Some rebates can be combined and others cannot.

Shopping cart

• To change an item's quantity, type the new quantity in the Qty box and click Update Cart.
• To remove an item, click its Delete button.
• To apply a coupon rebate manually to your order, enter the Coupon Code and click Apply to Order. The coupon will be applied if it is valid and your order qualifies for the coupon.
• To remove a manual coupon rebate from your order, click its Delete button.
• To proceed with your payment, click Checkout.

Checkout

• If you already have an online account with ResearchSquirrel — you've purchased from us before or you've Registered — the checkout process will be faster if you are logged in before proceeding to the checkout.
• To finalise and pay from the Shopping Cart, click Checkout.
• Enter all the required information in the checkout.
• Important: Please record your preferred contact name, full phone number, email and Skype account details if you have not recorded any of them earlier in the order.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

To look up your order details at any time:

• Log in ('Login' at top-left of this page) using your email & password credentials for ResearchSquirrel.
• Click Account (top-left of this page).
• On your account page, click the Orders tab.
